The storefront hands payment to secure checkout. Cashfree is the selected payment provider for activation. This website does not collect or store raw card details, UPI PINs or payment OTPs.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, send service updates, answer queries, improve our products and website, prevent fraud, and meet GST, FSSAI and consumer-law obligations. Marketing is sent only after opt-in.
Service providers
Shopify supplies the catalogue, cart, checkout and customer accounts. Delhivery is the selected delivery partner; your pincode is used to check delivery availability, and delivery details are shared when processing shipments. Cashfree processes payment information when its payment service is used. Marketing and analytics integrations are not enabled by this checkout setup.
Security
We use HTTPS, compliant payment processors, restricted data access and regular security reviews. Card, debit-card and UPI details are not stored by Churn & Grain Co.
Your rights

Browser storage
The storefront remembers a Shopify basket identifier on this device. Marketing and analytics trackers are not installed by this integration. Shopify-hosted checkout and account pages have their own storage and privacy settings.
Retention
The business owner must approve a retention schedule for orders, enquiries and customer records before launch. The contact form prepares an email draft; it does not store enquiries in a website database.
Third-party links
External websites such as Instagram, Amazon or Flipkart have their own privacy practices. Review those policies before sharing personal information.
Children & updates
The website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data. Policy updates will be posted here with a revised date.
